In addition, the committee will review the eligibility of each Senator at the beginning of each semester and at any other time deemed necessary. The committee will review the Constitution and the Bylaws of the SGA and propose any amendments deemed necessary; review amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws proposed to the Senate by members outside of the Internal Affairs/Rules Committee and make suggestions to the Senate concerning the proposed amendment; and work with the President Pro Tempore and Parliamentarian in reviewing the constitutionality of Senate action and keeping order in the meetings.
